About Molly

Hello Hello Hello!!!

My name is Molly, and I started Plated By Molly to share my love for cooking, events and fellowship. I believe the culinary experience is the heart of any memorable celebration.

Following my graduation from Auburn University in 2022, my next chapter began in Charleston at the Culinary Institute of Charleston. While I gained essential cooking techniques, the most valuable aspect was learning about the cultural stories and traditions that make each cuisine meaningful- knowledge that now shapes how I design event experiences.

To master every aspect of the event industry, I started as a prep cook in a catering kitchen, moved into marketing, then became an event manager at a business club-experiences that ultimately inspired me to launch Plated By Molly.
